PROCESS

How the work actually happens.

Five phases, the same shape whichever service you buy — what you get at each one, and roughly when.

Five phases. No mystery in between.

01

Discovery & audit

We get access to your site, analytics, and Search Console, and review what's actually there against your market and competitors — not a generic checklist run on autopilot.

WHAT YOU SEEA short kickoff call, then a written summary of what we found.

Week 1.

02

Roadmap & scope

Findings become a dated, prioritised roadmap — what to fix, in what order, and roughly what it's worth.

WHAT YOU SEEA written roadmap document plus a walkthrough call.

Week 2.

A prioritised roadmap sketched on a whiteboard with numbered priorities.

03

Build & fix

The scoped work starts — technical fixes, content briefs and drafts, outreach pitches, or AI-surface tracking setup, depending on what you've bought.

WHAT YOU SEEA running change-log, content calendar, or outreach tracker, depending on the service.

First changes shipped by week 3–4, then ongoing for retainers.

04

Report & review

What changed, why, and what it's likely to mean — written up in plain language, not a dashboard screenshot.

WHAT YOU SEEA monthly written report plus a review call.

Monthly, on a fixed date agreed at kickoff.

05

Adjust & continue

The roadmap gets updated based on what's actually working. You decide whether to continue, pause, or take the roadmap elsewhere — nothing here locks you in beyond the stated minimum term.

WHAT YOU SEEAn updated roadmap and a plain answer on what to prioritise next.

Ongoing, reviewed at least quarterly.

What you receive

  • Prioritised roadmap — written document, yours to keep.
  • Change-log or content calendar — a running record specific to the service you've bought.
  • Monthly report — a written document plus a review call, not a dashboard export.
  • Direct contact — your strategist's email, not a shared support inbox.

Timeline expectations

WEEK 1–2

You have a written roadmap, even before any fixes ship.

WEEK 3–4

First changes are live and logged.

MONTH 1 REPORT

The first monthly review, showing what changed since kickoff.

QUARTER 1

Enough data exists to judge whether the current scope is right, and the roadmap gets revised.

Frequently asked questions

The five phases apply to every service; what happens inside "Build & fix" is specific to what you've bought (a change-log for Technical SEO, a content calendar for On-Page & Content, and so on).

The audit's own three-week structure replaces phases 3–5 with its own delivery; there's no separate ongoing reporting phase because there's no ongoing retainer to report on.

A kickoff call, a roadmap walkthrough, and a short monthly review call — most of the work happens on our side, but decisions that need your sign-off are flagged clearly, not assumed.
