Who these terms apply to

These terms govern your use of human-seo.com and any enquiry, quote, or engagement made through it. The contracting party is human-seo, Spichernstraße 15, 40476 Düsseldorf, Germany (support@human-seo.com, +49 174 6233405).

What this website does — and doesn't — sell

This site publishes real prices for six SEO services, three Full-Service packages, and an hourly consulting rate. The "basket" on this site does not process any payment. Adding a service or package to your basket and completing the enquiry flow sends us a quote request — it is not a purchase, and no payment is taken online, at any point, in any form. There are no card fields anywhere on this site.

How an engagement actually starts

1. You add one or more services or packages to your basket at the published starting price.
2. You complete the three-step enquiry flow (your selection, your details, review & send).
3. We review your enquiry and reply, normally within one business day, to confirm scope and send a written quote reflecting the actual work involved (which may differ from the starting price if your situation is larger or more complex than the base scope — this is always confirmed with you before anything is invoiced).
4. No contract exists, and no work begins, until you accept a written quote and, where applicable, an invoice is settled. Submitting an enquiry through the basket is not, by itself, a binding agreement on either side.

Pricing

Prices published on this site are net. Statutory VAT is added on the invoice at the applicable rate. For business customers outside Germany holding a valid EU VAT identification number, the reverse-charge procedure may apply. Prices reflect the base scope stated on each service page — see Pricing for what changes a price. Prices may be updated on this site at any time; the price confirmed in your written quote is the one that applies to your engagement.

Payment and invoicing

Invoicing terms, payment methods, and due dates are confirmed in your written quote/contract outside this website — there is no online checkout or card payment on human-seo.com. Retainer services are invoiced monthly; one-off projects are invoiced on order, per Refund & Cancellation.

Minimum terms and cancellation

Retainer services carry a 3-month minimum term. Cancellation, notice periods, and the statutory consumer withdrawal right are set out in full in Refund & Cancellation.

Intellectual property

Deliverables you've paid for (e.g. a delivered audit roadmap, agreed content) become yours to use once paid in full, as set out in your written quote/contract. This website's own content, design, and the human-seo mark remain the property of human-seo.

Liability

We deliver work to the standard described on this site and in your written quote. We don't guarantee specific search rankings or traffic outcomes — no agency honestly can, and any claim to the contrary should be treated with suspicion. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under German law (e.g. for wilful misconduct or gross negligence).

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by German law. For engagements with businesses (B2B), the place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, Germany. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their own place of residence where German or EU law requires it.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the "last updated" date above if these terms change. The terms in force at the time you accept a written quote apply to that engagement.
